Amanda loves that yoga can be modified and adapted to every individual no matter what stage of life. In her teachings she focuses on precision of alignment, and seamlessly cues her students into postures safely and comfortably so that all ranges of motion are taken into consideration. She offers a gentle, slow paced yoga style that incorporates deep breath work and she values yoga as a tool for rehabilitation.
Amanda ran a thriving yoga studio in North Bay Ontario for 8 years which allowed her to grow and be part of a like-minded yoga community and she is now excited to take her yoga practice online so people from all over can access her teachings.
