Yoga is so much more than just postures. It's a way of living. It's a practice of connection; to ourselves, others and the world around us.
In these five days together, we'll explore all the 8 limbs of yoga including self study, postures, meditation, concentration and deep breath work.You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, engage in discussion with myself and others with the intention of designing a practice tailored to your needs. I'll teach you actionable steps to put all of these concepts together so you can build a sustainable yoga practice that will keep you coming back to your mat.
